Cosmetic Dentistry

Chipped, damaged, and discolored teeth can have a significant impact on the confidence you have in your smile. Fortunately, modern dentistry has more tools than ever before to enhance your teeth.

Cosmetic dentistry is the art of correcting aesthetic issues with your teeth. Whether it be unsightly stains, chips, and cracks, or surface decay, our team at Gaul Dental has the experience and expertise to bring the radiance back to your smile.

Our practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology to give our patients the best cosmetic care possible, and our caring and compassionate team strives to renew your confidence.

Veneers

One of the least invasive treatments for simple cosmetic issues is the application of veneers. These are thin ceramic shells which are custom-made to match the color and shape of your natural teeth, and placed over your enamel using dental cement.

Most people treat the front-most visible teeth, commonly referred to as the "Social Six." Veneers are great at covering chips, discoloration, or improving shape to teeth that are too small.

Teeth Whitening

For teeth with heavy stains, Gaul Dental offers Zoom!® Whitening products for both in-office treatments and take-home kits.

Teeth are porous, and things like coffee, tea, and red wine can seep into those pores over time and cause severe discoloration. Teeth whiteners work by using dental trays filled with a special whitening gel. This gel soaks into the teeth's pores, breaking down the chemical bonds of the stains and gently pushing them out.

We can perform this whitening at our practice in a single treatment that produces immediate results, or we can provide you with a take-home kit so you can perform the whitening on your own time.

Inlays and Onlays

Also known as indirect fillings, inlays and onlays are an upgrade option to regular composite fillings, made of either composite resin or porcelain used to repair damage to the teeth.

Inlays are applied to the inside of the cusp, or top edges, of the tooth after our dental laser is used to remove any lingering surface decay. Onlays also referred to as partial crowns, are necessary when the damage extends beyond the cusp of the tooth.

We are able to utilize a digital scan using our state-of-the-art CEREC machine of your tooth to produce these beautiful porcelain/composite resin inlays and onlays same day, in-office. Revitalize Your Smile at Gaul Dental
